We provide:

  • Monthly Branding Packages (ongoing services billed monthly).
  • One-Off Packages (fixed projects such as digital or design work).
  • Custom Projects (bespoke branding, design, or digital solutions).

2. Payment

  • Monthly Packages: Billed monthly in advance. A 30-day notice period is required to cancel.
  • One-Off Packages: Paid 100% upfront before work begins.
  • Custom Projects: Require a 50% upfront deposit before work begins and the remaining 50% on completion, prior to delivery of final files.
  • All prices are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
  • Late payments may delay delivery of work.

3. Revisions Policy

We operate a fair use revisions policy:

  • Reasonable revisions are included to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Excessive, repeated, or fundamentally new direction requests may be subject to additional charges.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Final deliverables are transferred to you once full payment has been received.
  • Visible Creative retains the right to showcase work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
  • Drafts, concepts, and unused designs remain the property of Visible Creative.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide timely feedback, content, and approvals to allow us to complete work as agreed.
  • Delays in providing information or approvals may extend project timelines.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Monthly Packages: Require 30 days’ written notice to cancel.
  • One-Off Packages: Non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Custom Projects: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We will provide services with reasonable care and skill.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or data.
  • Maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the project or service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
